A Few Recipes

These are some recipes from the internet I have used lately.

How to Prepare Short Ribs

Quick prep with two hour cook time. Oven 350 Baby Back ribs in oven, Slow prep, oven 375 sit for 30 minutes after rub, 2 hour cook time. The Frugal Chef BBQ Sauce http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgPYFQNW5hc Apple BBQ Sauce - I made a variation of this. I used canned apple juice. I do not push nearly the amount of ketchup because I watch be careful how much citric acid I eat. I like this lady the Frugal Chef  www.thefrugalchef.com. Buttermilk Pancakes -This is a great recipe that makes awesome  fairly fluffy pancakes. The batter made from the recipe makes about 4 pancakes. Remember creamy batter means fluffy pancakes, watery batter means flat and dense pancakes. Turkey Legs:  Two hours in arm quick seasoning. More to come 🙂
